The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services.
He was unable to move a queen sized mattress and boxsprings. He didn't call to tell me that the pick-up dates were going to be different, I had to call him. Even after we set up the time, he was unable to make it on time because he "hit a hole and his headlights went out." This whole thing has been very dissappointing to me. We had previously agreed that I would just leave my mattress in the garage, as I work 6 days a week, and wouldn't be home when he came by. On the day that he was suppos

Bradley Shipping is awesome. He was fast and responsive. He said he would be at my house at 7:00 AM today and by god I got a phone call at 6:59 saying he was in front of my house. The bike was delivered w/o a scratch. I love this website and the fact that supply meets demand w/o the dealing with all of the middle management. Please support folks like Steve Bradley. He is offering a service that the big guys are simply ignoring. Also, this service enabled me to get a sweet dirt bike.
