Rating: Cancellation Left by: APMOVINGSERVICES (15 ) On: 3/5/2008 For: 12 X 25 STORAGE UNIT- LARGO,FL TO SANDUSKY, OHIO	I am unable to reach this customer after a reasonable time period This job was accepted about two weeks ago, the customer was eager to have the his things moved. On the day of pick up until today, I have not been able to reach him at all. I have called him, the address that he gave me is not the address for a storage. I was never given an address to deliver the items if I had picked them up. Response from Bobintenn: On Feb. 28th we talked with the mover who assured us that he would have the delivery on time the next day which was Feb. 29th. We never heard from him again until Saturday March 1st when he wanted more money sent prior to bringing the items up. We spent over a $500 to go up to Sandusky rent a motel and wait for delivery. We verified with the storage place in Florida that he never showed up on Thursday Feb 28th as agreed too. We gave him the address in Florida and the phone number in Sandusky

Rating: Cancellation Left for: APMOVINGSERVICES (15 ) On: 3/5/2008 For: 12 X 25 STORAGE UNIT- LARGO,FL TO SANDUSKY, OHIO	The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time My shipment was to be picked up on Thursday at my storage unit , at agreed address,-(I have that in a E-mail from the provider and delivered on friday evening) , I did not hear from him after Thursday till Sat morning stating he needed me to western union money to rent another trailer/truck from uhaul because he over booked and overloaded his truck (which I have saved on my voice mail as well)I called him on Thursday and asked him if everything is on time and is going as planed , he told me yes, Response from APMOVINGSERVICES: I have tried on many occasions to reach this customer and he NEVER answered the phone. If he saw that I was calling all he had to do was answer the phone and give me the time of day that I was trying to give him. I was attempting to reach him to find whom I needed to speak with at the so called storage that doesn't exist according to the address that was given to Uship.

Rating: Cancellation Left for: royal (2) On: 4/5/2007 For: 10FT x 25FT storage unit ,	I am aware that there have been other complaints against this company. They accepted my bid, and information and even scheduled pickup for March 1st, 2007 to be delivered within one week of pickup. I recieved an email cancellation from Royal Moving that states that the truck was fully reserved prior to them accepting bid and directions and it would cost now $4000 to do the job that they accepted the bid of $690.00 to do in the first place. If you need copies faxed of the emails I have rec Response from royal: there are several sales rep that are booking jobs at the same time.a rep booked a move prior to the customer accepting the bid but the rep working on uship didn't no.the customer was informed within 10 minutes of reserving.if the customer still wanted the move we'd have to send a dedicated truck to them and that cost additional so the offer was declined.

They are so upbeat and truely good people. On time as promised. It was the best moving of items in my thirty years of various travels.I rank them as the best for the money.
