The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time The driver decided it was too much. This driver is the most unprofessional person I've ever dealt with. He should not be allowed to perform services for you. Brenda tried, don't know how hard? She would not initiate phone calls, I always had to receive a call back, don't book something you can't do and make sure you and the driver are on the same page! The comments he made about this shipment and you before he even got to Kentucky were truly unprofessional and when he called the morning he was s

Jim was very nice person to talk to and deal with. There horse was located at a boarding facility in KY and needed to be transported to there home in Iowa. According to my driver the owner of the boarding facility was very rude and gave bad directions having my driver all over the place which put other horses on our truck zig zagging all over the place. When the lady of the boarding facility started using foul language my driver didnt want to deal with her anymore. Jim was caught in the middle.
