Sorry, your comment does not make sense; I do not need to follow up after the delivery if I was the one who was at the delivery. I also delivered chairs exactly when I said I would and communicated with you a number of times. There was only one day you called several times but I was unavailable.

I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment Customer requested proof of insurance for this shipment. I have been been away from my office for weeks without a digital copy with me. After contacting my broker several times to get a copy, they indicated one could not be made available until my broker returns to office tomorrow (Tuesday, March 25). I am leaving the Toronto area today for Halifax so I will not be able to produce POI prior to scheduled pick up. I am also no longer comfortable with this shipment.

Before reaching an agreement, Vince is a real pain in the butt to deal with. Even seller of this item noted how Vince tries too long with unreasonable pricing. Bid was accepted at the very last minute as we were passing through Medicine Hat and we had to scramble to reroute when it could have happened differently. Vince was much easier to deal with once bid was accepted but was overly critical in our rating for price & service we provided over distance we travelled.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved I originally offered this bid as I had two other larger residential moves to Alberta economically anchoring this trip at the end of March. The larger moves have now been pushed out by over a month by those customers due to changes in their plans beyond my control and the trip is no longer economically viable for me without the larger loads. This was an easy transaction from start to finish. Shipper accepted our bid readily and we picked this 2 piece china cabinet up in Dartmouth, ON and delivered to Sarni, ON. The unit, with glass 3-sides, was completley blamket wrapped and secured for transport; we delivered the unit in the same great condition as it was received. Cash payment was given at delivery and tip is greatly appreciated. Paula, Janet, & Wayne were all easy people to deal with. Enjoy your new china cabinet!

This was a hard fought battle on the bid board but the better carrier won out. This pallet was delivered within 7 hours of booking confirmation. Matt had the pallet prepped and ready to go with paperwork and payment at arrival. Pallet was forked on at pick up and forked off at delivery making this was a very quick and easy transport.

No Detailed Feedback Available After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider I requested proof of insurance 2 weeks before shipping date and was told they couldn't get copy from broker because he was away from the office but, I contacted the broker myself and found out that "blue sky" was not insured at this time. obviously, I don't feel comfortable shipping my valuable with an uninsured company. I would have thought that valid insurance information was needed to become a shipper on Uship.com?
