My name is Robert, I call my company Blue Hemi Hauling for the fact that I have a Blue Dodge Ram. I am an active duty Soldier that is trying to make ends meet as I work towards retirement. Very reassuring that the shippment was handled with the best of care. (Antiques). I would use him again if need be. Even though he had to swap out trailers from covered to open, everything was very securely wrapped and protected from elements. Communication was good, informative. Great job.

No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment The provider showed up at my RV site as planned on time, when plugging my pigtail plug into his truck there was an electrical failure and was unable to tow. He was unable to get part that day and I also needed someone to test my plug and replace, as tow needed to be done ASAP. Robert advised me to find another provider, which I had a referral from my RV park owner which cost me more than 2x money in addition to electrical repair and I moved in am as I was starting a new job next day. No Detailed Feedback Available A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved I chose this provider because of positive feedback and pricing. However, I failed to notice until I completed acceptig the bid that he was not going to be able to pick up on day I needed. He did state this plainly in the details what day he could pick up on but I am a fist time user of uShip and just overlooked that detail to begin with. I would choose this service provider again for another shipment, just on this particular one there was a scheduling conflict....my fault.

No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services Service Provider canceled on us 3 days before scheduled move date. I told him he could not leave us high and dry without getting someone to cover the move for him at the same price. He referred me to a friend of his. The friend agreed to move us. 2 days before the move the friend canceled. I texted Service Provider to tell him and he again agreed to handle move on 8/31/12, we agreed on time for pickup. On 8/30/12 Service Provider filed cancellation stating I was harassing him. NOT RELIABLE

Three days prior I stated I could do the move on the 1st as agreed upon thru my bid. Shippers mother did not agree and started to text and call like crazy. She got very aggressive so I referred her to another shipper who would do it and I would pay him. She contacted him and after talking he declined due to her hostile tone. So I canceled for fear of issues during the move. She then started with threat inf and harassing messages once again. I'm vary reliable when the Terms of the bid are follow.

No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services transporter had all information,pics sizes and approvals after speaking to our reps, they srates he was not prepared for shipping, he also called us and told us he would come back to pick up, we since paid to have the shipment stored, he i snew but not yet ready to run a shipping business very un professional we not up front

I showed up with a full size truck and a 16 foot trailer. If you look at my other shipment to Idaho, I hauled a 1941 Studebaker. I don’t think that fit in the bed of my truck. Also the bid stated 15 filing cabinets of different sizes; there were 43 total. Most large medical office style and 13 of them were single stackable drawers made of very heavy steel (about 30 years old). The GSA sales receipt stated the correct amount and dimensions of the items.
