A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Shipper, Les, was very accomidating and professional. Top notch person -- we just could not make dates/times work on both ends. Would work with him again, though.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment I had no problem with Les at BlackSheep Trucking. We agreed on a ship date, etc. However, he got the flu and could not do the move for us on the day that we had planned. We could not postpone the move to a later date so we had to cancel.

The customer was very gracious and understanding. When I bid on this shipment I was 100%, unfortunately I contracted what I thought was a minor cold after she accepted which blew up into a full blown Flu. It would not have been fair to the customer to attempt her job in a weakend state, and especially not nice of me to risk passing my Flu on to her and her family. I understand her time constraints to get this done so I agreed to the cancellation when she told me she could secure another shipper.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider I have contacted the shipper twice today via phone. Once in the morning immediately after I accepted his bid, and once in the late afternoon. During the first conversation, the shipper could not give me a firm date for pickup. In fact, he wanted to extend the timeframe beyond the limit I set for pickup in my ad. He told me he would call me back shortly to arrange a date and time for pickup. He did not call back, and so I called him again this afternoon around 4 PM. He still could not give me a f

I put together a route with multiple shipments which allowed me to give the customer the low price, but unfortunately the other pickups all went down leaving only his pickup. It would have been prohibitively expensive to travel from long Island NY to Boston MA and back ($360.00) for me to be able to complete his shipment without the other jobs lined up. I called the customer early this morning to explain, and once he notified me that he could secure another shipper I agreed to the cancellation.

Great Shipper was able to pick up the order with less than 24 hours notice and route it to our location within only 36 hours. All of this during a New England snow storm, 5 stars!

Customer and her husband were very helpful from the begining to the end and were understanding even when I had difficulty with a former partner company on the delivery end.
