The pickup and delivery went very well. Black sheep trucking went out of their way to accomodate a new pickup when their was no one there at the first attempt. They were very helpful in this mix up and went out of their way to make sure my delivery went successful.

These guys were great. Friendly and professional, they made what is usually a nightmare process very quick and simple. Despite having to lug stuff up and down two flights of stairs in an un-air-conditioned home, they did it with a smile and overall it was a great job. Thanks!

The shipper was nice enough but I did not figure I would have to help him carry the machine into my house.

My Helper had a last minute personal emergency and was unable to be there that day. I could have held off delivery anytime up to 7/15/09 but wanted to get him his machine early (7/7/09). I backed my truck up to his deck and quite frankly could have got the machine in myself with the short walk across his deck into the livingroom. I didnt need help and If he had a problem assisting I never knew it. He even tipped me and was all "smiles and thank-yous", so I dont understand the nuetral feedback.

We were alway able to reach Les or he returned calls or emails promptly. The original delay in the delivery was because the chair seats were being redone. We also did have to wait a few weeks for deliver because Les had the flu then had truck problems. He ended up renting a truck and made the delivery right after a snowstorm. Very impressed with the way the chairs were wrapped and handled. I would use Les again.

This was a time sensitive offer since i was in the area and I cannot service this shipment anymore, providing there still is a shipment to be made.

NYC to DC	A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved I have made arrangements to have another company I work with who has the building liability insurance to bring the items in question down to street level where I will be waiting to load onto my truck and complete the job. Shipper is great to work with and patient but unfortunately due to my work load it took me longer than he expected to answer him via the phone. I want to keep this job and complete it as I already made arrangements for it as well as having other work booked at his destination.

They waited a long time to get these chairs refinished by the seller yet didnt cancel my bid. When the chairs were finally ready I picked them up and delivered.
