Black Hills Equine Unlimited Now booking loads in the lower 48. Based in Custer, SD with a team in Southern California we are readily accessible to the western and northern states. We are the most reasonably priced hauler on the road. We also offer special discounts for multiple horses traveling from & to the same destinations. We are a small independent company with very low overhead, which keeps our prices low. Our drivers have over 50 years combined experience with horses, and 20 years of over the road hauling. Your horses will be well cared for by professional horsemen and women. We can offer these great prices if you are flexible on your pick up and delivery time. We like to run with full trailers as often as possible. Not to say we won’t take a premium load when ever necessary. Check with us for up coming loads to your area.

Working with Phil at Black Hills was a great experience! There was always very good communication before pickup, during the trip, and when it was time to drop our horse off. He was on time picking him up and a day early delivering-- the horse couldn't be dropped off the day he arrived, so Phil gladly made other arrangements to overnight him another place until we could get our horse into his new home. When we move again in 2 yrs, Phil is the only shipper I'll call!!

Great transaction! Good communication before and during the haul, pick-up was on time and delivery was a day early. Phil took excellent care of the horses and they arrived in good condition. Would definitely recommend Black Hills Equine to anyone looking to have horses transported.

Shannon did a great job! I wasn't able to be there and had relatives on both ends step in, which didn't phase her at all. Shannon loaded Blue without a hitch (something he has rarely done in his 12 years) and treated him like her own horse from Washington to Minnesota. Thank You! My 14 year old cousin received her first horse in great condition - that is priceless.
