After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider Shipper agreed to accept check upon delivery of goods, changed thier minds, and dropped wagon off mid delivery at a storage facility. Shipper agreed to transport in enclosed trailer, picked up in open trailer with out notifying owner.

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period Would like to cancel due to all the info posted in the feedback and also trying to get a hold of shipper and the way they talk on the phone & emails i'd prefer not to use them and i want to cancel shippment for a full refund of funds already paid. This driver is very hard to get a hold of contacted them last week saying shippment would be ready after the 20th still has not given me a pick up/drop off date. The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services Complete and absolute Fraud. Paid almost $2,000 and have made hundreds of phone calls. Finally got ahold of the "driver" who informed us he never had any intention of picking up our shipment. If you have been taken by these people please contact me as we will be filing criminal charges and pursuing them in civil court. I live close enough to show up at their local court house and can file in their hometown. I will also be at their local police department.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved I have no problem giving someone more time due to weather or any other circumstances for that matter. What I do have a problem with is POOR communication, then when your already 3 days past agreed upon pickup date to you try to put me off at least 10 more days due to weather??? Your a joke. I left you several voice message politely asking you where things were, then hear from you a few days later with 1 or 2 line comments that don't answer my question. RELY ON THIS GUY AND YOU WILL BE SORRY!!!!

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider After speaking with a driver for the company, we are definatelly not interested in using their shipping resources. The driver was unsure if they were licensed and insured and said they were being cancelled due to having 2 accounts. Either way, we do not want to be put in the middle of a dispute and dont feel good about using their company

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider The shipper has been hard to communicate with. The POC, Sandy, was not the person who was to conduct the shipment. "John" was the person, and I never had direct communication with him. When I told them (Via email) that I would need a "Bill of Lading" for the shipment, I received an email stating that they would not provide one. I cannot ship my boat without a bill of lading. A bill of lading is customary when shipping from one location to another. Without it, there is no establishment of propert
