Lynde was awesome. He assisted us getting into a very difficult drop off location in Brooklyn, NY and even offered us hot coffee from his great little shop, which we now highly recommend to everyone. Most importantly he didn't melt down when we dropped his bike.

No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment I am canceling my shipment from greatlakesshibainu because today is the day we agreed to ship my animal and I have yet to hear from them. Their contact information is inaccurate except for one phone number. When I finally was able to get through to them they informed me that they might not be able to ship. Seeing that today was the shipping deadline and I have yet to hear back from them I would like to cancel my shipment and look for a new provider.

I spoke to Autumn on the telephone, I don't know why she'd feel there was no contact ? I explained in my bid that Jager could ride with us contingent us getting another job going that way. We did get that job (http://www.uship.com/shipment/1988-Barefoot-Nautique/251852673/) but the shipper had to cancel. I spoke with Autumn and explained that our primary transport had to cancel and that I would attempt to find another shipment going to WA so I could accomidate Jager, which we couldn't.
