A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved The shipping location is not able to meet with the carrier due to an emergency. I called the carrier and will try to reschedule with them at a later date. The carrier has been EXCELLENT to work with and we feel terrible this came up, but will be using them again when we are able to ship again.

The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services Contacting the provider was very hard and when contacted they kept switching dates and times. Mean while the seller has been waiting and willing to be there and help. Which they never have connected either of us back. Last time they said they were going to pick it up on Monday because they had claimed the seller's business was closed of course it was not...... Which they knew and were well aware of. Dealing with this provider has costed me and the seller extra money and grief.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved I need to cancel my shipment with Bigtom. I have already spoke to the shipper in regards to this matter. Their pick-up date was too early for the shipment. Otherwise I would keep this shipper. I still need a shipper for pick up the middle of next week. Please readvertise my request for another shipper. Please feel free to contact me with any questions at [phone number removed]. I paid a deposit of $85.62 last night to you and would like a refund.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Service provider did not respond to email. Called his phone number today and person on phone claimed they thought was a motorcycle and they "might" possibly be able to pick up sometime next week.
