Todd was great. He was curteous, knowledgeble, in constant communication, & gave specific times for pickup and dropoff instead of windows spanning days. The shipment was from my brother's house to mine, and we are both exceptionally busy, and often unavailable, so the tight, clear timeline was very much appreciated. Todd hit his ETAs right on the dot, and the furniture was well taken care of and secure. Todd is the consumate professional, totally trustworthy.

Todd is the best. Even though we wrote only 18 boxes in our list, on the day of shipment we requested to ship one extra piece. He took it without any hesitate. We communicated via his AOL account (todd12770) and phone. He kept us posted every step though out the whole process. Our stuff arrived at the agreed time. We are very happy with his service and will recommend him to anyone without reservation. We surely will use him again. A++++++!

This was my first experience with uShip and I could not have had a better experience.
Todd was a pleasure to do business with throughout the process. The chairs were picked up and arrived exactly when he said, and they were packed very well. Would absolutely use him again.
