Todd was AWESOME! He was great at clearly communicating how things were going/what he could do. He went above and beyond in doing what he stated he was going to do. He was personable and friendly, and very helpful. Even my 60+ year old mother was impressed with how the Uship experience went, and a huge part of that is because of Todd and his professionalism. Uship needs to have more grading categories so that we could give him a higher grade! The overall experience was VERY positive!

What a fantastic experience. Todd was consistantly avaiable for questions. The packaging job was unbelievable. There was no damage, all the pieces accounted for and they guy was kind enough to help unwrap and move the furniture to the appropriate room.
I would HIGHLY recommend this driver. I can't say enough great things about him and his work.
