Very Poor Communication. Boat trailer was damaged during transport. Driver did not call and let us know that damage had occurred-- this in turn caused us big problems with our customer. The failure to notify us of the damage actually cost more than the high end tires and custom wheel that were trashed. BigTimber has not responded to requests for payment to cover damage. Very dissatisfied and disappointed.

Do not believe explaination BTL writes after this entry. Jon at BTL may be a good guy but MATT, the guy that showed up, is trouble. Black hair with full beard. He called the seller a day early to p/up in the afternoon, never showed. P/up boat from marina after midnight. He said he would deliver my boat Fri. afternoon. Called Fri. morning to say he could not make it until 8-9 pm. I wanted daylight delivery. Called me a liar about marina hrs. & wanted $500 extra at drop. He didnt get it,I got boat

The driver was awesome. Man from Illinois, lots of integrity. When I met him I felt comfortable that he would do his best to get my motorcycle shipped safely. The motorcycle made it to its destination safely in about two weeks or so. My only comment is that all interactions with the company were reactive and I think it would be a good idea for them to initiate calls every so often to provide you with a status.

Yes , that would be the case as YOUR ACCOUNT HERE HAS BEEN SUSPENDED , Also the demand for 700 rather than the agreed 400 would be a first clue that your simply a shady operator.. Anyone speak to Marisas@Uship.com BEFORE doing any business with BTL should the account be reactivated , though Marissa assures me that will not happen.. Oh as a side note , A DOT NUMBER IS LEGALLY REQUIRED TO TRANSPORT ANYTHING INTERSTATE. and good luck having calls returned , NOT HAPPENING. I will get my money back !

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Shipper did not make our deadline and made arrangements with another carrier to deliver this item. Item was picked up and moved under the authority of this other carrier and this can be verified by a DOT inspection that was performed by the state of AZ and the AZ Marshals office during transit. It was not picked up or moved by us! Our driver did not pickup this item as the deadline which is clearly marked in the agreement was not met and cost us 4 days of down time waiting on broken promises. Th

No Detailed Feedback Available After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider I had tries to email and had no results. when the driver finally phonrd he wanted to take the trailer back to Phoneix and leave it in a compound until he had more of a load to bring back. I explained that I understood that it would be hook and drive not put in someone elses compound. I have not heard anymore for a few day or have not been contacted by anyone.
