This was very unprofessional. The car dealer was 30 minutes late getting my car onto his truck and the driver decided he needed an extra $250 for his time and wouldn't drop my car off until I paid the additional charge. He got into such a large fight with the Lexus dealership that they wanted to call and report the driver to the DMV/whoever certifies these drivers. He also ended up being nearly 10 days late with my car, was not in contact and hung up on me. Check his cancelled shipments...

Yes, we collected an extra $150, not $250, based on the waiting time and the fact that dealer reported the car being ready the day before when we called, when we got there to pick up the car, we found out that car was not ready, and then they had someone to start with it. The killed time prevented driver to drive to its final destination because Federal driving regulations, and had to stay at a very expensive, adding additional costs to the shipment. Car was delivered on schedule.

This is one of those customers that are kind of difficult, they think that the transporter's time is worthless, and that if they kill their driving time by not having their car ready, transporter should Not be compensated. Car was delivered on schedule. It took shipper more than a year to leave feedback for us, thinking that we were going to forget about them, but we didn't.

No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment the vehicle is not street legal and in poor condition. the service provider is unable to get to the vehicle location - per the service provider there is a "no trucks" sign at the heighborhood entrance. the service provider has requested to have the car driven to the neighborhood entrance to be loaded on the truck. the current car owner is unwilling to drive the unregistered vehicle on the street and i will need to seek alternate transportation.

No Detailed Feedback Available After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider Service provider repeatedly failed to act on commitments to call back to discuss important aspects of pickup and delivery, and cancelled promised pickup without communicating. In addition, service provider was extremely rude and unprofessional. If they had not cancelled, I would have done so, as I am not comfortable entrusting my property to them.

Like I stated before, this guy insisted on us to call him just to let us know pick up point and delivery were on Gated Communities, when we alreday knew that since we picked up vehicles in the same area many times ........ He was the one who was rude to us on the phone, Yes we cancelled before he did, this is not the type of people we need in the Uship community.......

Customer had accumulated storage fees. Customer said he was going to pay for the storage on Wednesday, April 27th. He never paid, and when driver showed up, vehicle was not released to us. We had driver stay overnight near storage facility, next morning it took client 3 hours to pay for the storage fees while our driver was there waiting. To my fellow transporters, BE CAREFUL WITH THIS GUY, HE'S ALWAYS SHORT OF MONEY, HE HAVE DONE THE SAME THING TWICE TO US. !!!!
