I am not exactly sure what happened, so I will try to be nice. However, many, if not most of my items arrived in damaged condition, and this shipper claims that they were loaded in good condition into his trailer. Therefore, it is obvious that his failure to secure these items for shipment resulted in the severe damage to many of these things. We had agreed previously that he would secure the items with shrink wrap, foam, blankets, and tie downs as needed to prevent damage. He didn't do this
