Brian has excellent packing skills and knows how to maximize space. Has a good attitude and takes his time; works smartly. A few things happened that delayed the move, but they were through no fault of his own. Some damage to a wooden trunk I had, but he quickly took money off the final payment with no problem. Nothing a little gorilla glue could not handle. Everything else made it from TX to MD pretty much unscathed. I'd use him again, and would recommend him to someone else.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment Did not pick up the item on time and did not respond to my multiple request to explain the status! I lost the sale and this affected my ratign at Ebay

Cancelation was done for multiple reasons customers folio for one wasn't true, if you indicate your FLEXIBLE means you do NOT have time frames regardless of what service provider estimates, second I did try to get this done but weather conditions kept coming and I had a few truck issues that needed to be resolved

Brian was very easy to work with. I had many questions that were answered almost immediately. His equipment and truck were top notch and I felt my piano was in good hands. He was able to deliver it the next day. I was so glad to discover this delivery system thru UShip.

Mr. Stucker was courteous and brought the piece in side up stairs which is why I selected his service. He was very delayed due to a paperwork problem with his insurance and tag in Florida, but he did communicate about it. Luckily I wasn't in a hurry to get the piece.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved There was miscommunication on when pick up was supposed to take place. Unfortunately, my husband and I had to leave and could not wait for pick up, so we chose a different vendor.
