I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period I have contacted the shipper on numerous occasions to try and schedule a pickup. I was told there wasn't room on the truck. Now he just does not answer the phone or return my calls. I see that he has been suspended from your site and I would like to request a refund of the deposit I paid.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time To Whom It May Concern:
Two months have passed since Bgsdelivery and I reached an agreement for them to ship my furniture to me. I have called twice only to get excuses and empty promises of when to expect delivery. Additionally, I went on Bgsdelivery message board and saw a number of negative comments lately. At this point I would simply like to withdraw my request and be reimbursed.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time I have spoken directly with the service provider several times over the last 2 months. On the phone he says that he is still planning on shipping my piano and that he'll call me when he knows he can pick it up. However, this service provider never follows through and calls me with the date and time for pick up. Now it is a month after the specified shipping timeframe, and I still have not received word of when the piano is to be picked up. I am tired of calling and would like to cancel this

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period We have been trying to reach this BGS for over a week now; the telephone will not accept messages and their email address appears to be undeliverable. We now have less than a week to try to reschedule with someone else. Airplane tickets have been bought already to bring my mother here and now we don't know how we are going to get her things shipped here.

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period After speaking with uShip's representative's May and learned that there are outstanding issues with this company, it confirmed as to why I am having problems reaching this service company. Through uShip's suggestion, I will proceed in cancelling this shipment with BGS Delivery. BGS was not responding to emails/phone calls and NOT able to provide me information on the delivery schedule. The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment The service provider refused to provide service and told me to seek a refund. They waited until the day before my last available pickup date to inform me they were unable to accomodate this shipment. My girlfriend has already made adjustments to her travel schedule to stay there through the weekend and handoff the furniture before joining me in Maryland. After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider I accepted the service providers bid on 10/02 (Tuesday)and sent an email requesting they contact me with a pickup date. I recived no response. The next day I left a voice mail(Wednesday)- again no response. On Thursday I called and the person who answered the phone said he did not know anything about the order but would get back to me when he returned home in 4-5 days. The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The same day I accepted the bid from Bbsdelivery, I contacted the shipper via phone and via email. Last date to pickup was 9/22/2012 but shipper never contacted me back either via phone or email. I need to cancel this transaction with this shipper due to lack of response or commitment. I need my money credited back so I can submit for a new bid adn select new shipper.
