No Detailed Feedback Available Brian definitely took good care of our belongings. He blanketed everything. But if you are looking for someone who will deliver your goods in the timeframe proposed he is not for you. he promised delivery Thurs eve or fri am. He delivered sun @ 1p. He was alone & being it was sun. No laborers to assist. A neighbor kid assisted. He could not have done it alone w/o damage. He has million excuses! He needs to be honest & not bid if he cant do it in timeframe. Is slow & not friendly. His dad nice.

no promise was made, tentative delivery dates were given, based on her check clearing, which it did not, I had to wait until check cleared, Remember By law drivers/movers, are only aloud to drive/work so many hours in one day, I had all the dollies needed to deliver her items safely myself, slow=careful, I am always friendly to those that understand, I try my best,

The pickup and delivery were a bit late, but I was in no hurry so that was irrelevant (which I told the mover). The piano arrived in great condition without a scratch and barely in worse tune than when it left Florida which means that it wasn't jostled around much. It was an excellent move at a great price.

It is unfortunate that BGS Delivery accepted bids knowing he would not be able to to fulfill. uShip themselves admitted that there are oustanding issues with this service company. I wished that I read all the reviews prior to accepting Brian's bid. So beware of this company nd uShip should do something about this so no one else suffer inconvenience nor frustrations.

No Detailed Feedback Available I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period I have contacted the shipper on numerous occasions to try and schedule a pickup. I was told there wasn't room on the truck. Now he just does not answer the phone or return my calls. I see that he has been suspended from your site and I would like to request a refund of the deposit I paid.

No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time To Whom It May Concern: Two months have passed since Bgsdelivery and I reached an agreement for them to ship my furniture to me. I have called twice only to get excuses and empty promises of when to expect delivery. Additionally, I went on Bgsdelivery message board and saw a number of negative comments lately. No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time I have spoken directly with the service provider several times over the last 2 months. On the phone he says that he is still planning on shipping my piano and that he'll call me when he knows he can pick it up. However, this service provider never follows through and calls me with the date and time for pick up. Now it is a month after the specified shipping timeframe, and I still have not received word of when the piano is to be picked up. I am tired of calling and would like to cancel this

We now have less than a week to try to reschedule with someone else.
