We made an agreement to deliver two pieces of equipment. We lived up to our end of the agreement, but when it came time to pay for the shipment Destin tried to renegotiate the bid price that was excepted through Uship. I would rather not have any contact with people who conduct their business in this manner.

Well, Gregory is lying, do not use Betzfreight please!!!! They had not been renegotiation of the bidding price. The issue was the lack of communicate. I still did not receive my pay in full invoice. I was going to pay him using PayPal, but the payment was scheduled to clear on Tuesday, he said that he couldn’t deliver on Monday if He doesn’t have payment. That I have to use another method of payment which I did by faxing him a check @ 9 am and an authorization form. Do not use this company??????

This machine did not have the blades removed as indicated and I dispatched a truck to pick it up. This cost me $150.00 because the truck was not able to load it because of the broom not being removed. The shipper also refused to help in anyway.

No Detailed Feedback Available A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved The product supplier would not provide the goods although promised for several weeks. Betz Freight was ready to carry the load anytime and were great to deal with. We hope to do business in the future.

We were given the wrong address for pickup, when our truck arrived at the facility they were unable to load because the machine was not available. Our truck was turned away. Rescheduling would take more time.

No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services i pai the full amount 2 months ago and are still getting the run around. no calls and everytime i call i get juane yarde in atlanta who is always away, he even emailed that betz freight was out of bussines. they took my money and never came through. i had to hire another company wich cost 400 dollars more . richard

This is the first contact I had with Richard regarding this. Because of the situation, this was transferred to another agent specializing in this type freight. Richard was aware and ok with this. If he let me know what was going on a month ago I would have fixed the situation.
