These guys were horrible! They had more excuses why they couldn't deliver on time due to many variables- including the truck broke down, the guys were illegal and got picked up, etc. They even had the audacity to ask for MORE money when they finally arrived 5 days late! Do not use them under any circumstance.

WORST IMAGINABLE EXPERIENCE! I was told that my chair would be shipped within the next few days. It took them three weeks to do it! My package was shipped to the wrong name and address and I had to work with the shipping company to locate it. After receiving it I learned that their idea of "packaging" it was to wrap a tarp around it and tape some cardboard to it. My antique chair was damaged in shipment. Six months later I haven't been reimbursed and am now filing a complaint with the BBB.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider.
I was never contacted by Best Rate Moving. I called both times. The person did not answer the phone professionally or as if it was a business. When I talked with Mr. Ghali he seemed vague about the delivery and how to proceed, I also sent him two email messages with no response. I asked him about payment arrangement he said he would send me an email which I never got. Mover, if you get this, please respond to my emails and phone calls. Here is the issue:
- Over-Charged based on first bid
- Left half the tiems on first trip
- Second Trip, two months later, still not delivered to my house.
- PLUS, there is still items you left at the origin of pick-up.
What is going on? Where are my items? When will the rest of my items be picked up? How will I be reimbursed for my loss? Why will you not return my calls and emails over the past two months?

I had to leave my house 1:00 AM to go to another county to find these drivers to complete my deliver that was suppose to be made between 1pm-3pm earlier that day.I would not recomend them to my worst enemy!!!

Response from BestRateMoving: too much of a demanding person. he wanted his delivery immediately, the same day after he ordered the job at the time he wanted. he said that if you do not arrive at the time he wanted me to be there, then he would take off 50% of the price. also, he threatened me by stating he would post a negative feedback, which is exactly what he did. you must do what he demands-or you get a negative feedback.
