Would highly recommend not doing buisness with this company. He didn't pickup vehicle on time, 2 days late. Vehicle was in Alabama and I'm in North Dakota. He had driver pay 2 days storage fees then take it to texas!!!! to meet another truck. Me and Driver tried to get ahold of him for about 6 hours with no answer. He then tells driver their is no truck to meet him and wants to no if he no's a storage facility their!!!! long story short, I paid extra $490 over the $1883 to get it here. plus BS!

No Detailed Feedback Available PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS SHIPPER!!! The shipper failed to contact me at any point about the details I nneded. He sent me his guidelines which stated that I would be informed of pick up/delivery dates, and I would be emailed dispatch info. I did not even know the vehicle was picked up till after they attempted to make the delivery. I had to pay an additional $100 to get the vehicle dropped off. The shipper admitted that he failed to send me the required info, BUT he told me it was my fault tha

The costumer failed to follow up the terms of the bid. He neber indicated that he was not at delivery point and that he failed to have cash available at delivery. I made several calls to the costumer, he was not picking up the phone, he never mentioned he was overseas. The truck company and me , we called the delivery place and they had no idea who was paying for it. The car was delivered but due to non payment was placed in a storage for FREE. car was damaged during shipment. filed a claim with shippers insurance company. car was delivered on time, but damaged. would not recommend for a low ground clearance car as they clear dont have a truck that can safely transport a vehicle without scraping the underside of the car and snapping off the factory spoiler.

Shipper has not been proactive in letting me know what is going on. Only after I emailed them to ask if they found a truck, the response I got was simply "no, not yet". They are are already well past the contracted pick-up date. I have lost confidence, wish to cancel my shipment with them.
