I am overall happy with my transit services from BPAS Usually fast communication, only 2 Emails went un-replied to which in the grand scheme of things really is not bad, Both phone and Email were quite fast and I'm happy about that, The Delivery Driver was very good, Did a condition report and walked around the vehicle with me made sure there was no damage, Unloaded my car quickly and very efficiently, Communications from him were very fast as well, knew where to go. Overall I'm very satisfied

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved The costumer is trying to get the best service on lowest money. He was told the pick up will be within 7 days, I found the truck for him, leaving 30 commission to me. He is unhappy, anyway, I rather cancel the move.

No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services The shipper is cancelling the transaction because I expressed displeasure with his service on this transaction. Before I accepted his bid he specifically told me that he would pick the vehicle up in 1-3 days. I awarded the shipment to him on Monday & they can't pick the vehicle up until Saturday - 5 days. The timeframe on his auction was technically 7 days, but I am holding him to what he told me before I awarded the bid. Furthermore his communication has been horrible!!

I contacted them to find out the details of the shipment and was told I would receive an invoice. The bid stated the car would be picked up within 7 days and delivered within 7 days.
