Ron did an excellent job picking up my boat, delivering it to his farm and securing it for the final leg to GF. Unfortunately the next day he had his truck stolen. I would highly recommend using Ron in the future when he gets his truck back on the road. Good luck Ron!

The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services.
No communications after service provider accepted the bid and made the schedule. The provider told me the shipment would be delivered on 22 May. As of 23 May the item has not even been picked up much less delivered. My first time using UShip & must say this guy has made it a most unconfortable expereance and I would have to say he is very undependable. From his previous feedbacks I can only assume my shipment must not have carried a high enough value for him to care about - Shipper beware!

this company said they would pickup my car in 7 days after i hired them but after the 7 days went by i had to call the carrier and they made up excuses saying they would pickup the car the next week another week went by with no contact.i tried to contact the carrier seceral times by phone and email with no response.companys like this should not be allowed to be on USHIP it makes USHIP look bad.i also had my brother call him from a different phone he ansered said he would call me.JUST PLAIN LIED

Response from BadAttitude: I had explained to the shipper that their shipment was a back fill for the route home. Everything was based on a pending shipment we had going to Canada, and when delivered that one. Canada shipment kept getting delayed by the shipper, and going to pick up the car for 300 was a huge loss for us if we didnt have anything else to haul their or bring back with it. Wopuld rather cancel then have to pay 1500 to 2,000 out of pocket for round trip on fuel. We are very sorry for the inconvienience.

This shipper was excellent. Ron's bid was very competative and he completed the job of hauling our new boat 2000 miles from Memphis to the Canadian border on time and in perfect condition. Ron also communicated with us along the route so we were very comfortable with the entire Uship experience. A final note, Ron is very honest and a man of his word.
