We are moving from a 2 bedroom apartment, on the sixth floor of an elevator building in Brooklyn, to a small house in Granville, New York. We are still in the closing process and will need a mover in October.

For: Young-Foote 2 Bedroom Apartment

Client was not totally honest about his shipment, once we arrived at the residence there was alot more than was discussed in the move. eventhough is not our policy toallowed client to come into the truck. We helped him because he did not have a way to get to destination. YES!He had to pay tolls. We had to cancel moves and had 3 late pick ups trying to accomodate this client. He was very demanding, rude, threatening and cursing at workers. Thank you Bill and Jess for your intervention.

Honest? Do pictures lie? I sat on the phone with this woman looking at photographs of every room in the apartment. When she tried to tell me that there was less than 780 cf of goods, I corrected her and reminded her that we had 200-250 boxes. I rode with because my partner left with our car because they were so slow in packing. They cancelled moves because she showed up with only one truck when she promised two and their lousy truck broke down. They got lost even with GPS system. Daisy is a liar

Mover signed contract assuring everything in the apartment would be out by 10/31, we are just today, 11/2, receiving some of the remaining possessions. Because of their unpreparedness/improper equipment, I was forced to remain behind while my partner went ahead to our new residence.I paid truck tolls the whole way. Was told to keep receipts, and she now refuses to reimburse for tolls.Many things are broken. Many things still remain in Brooklyn.A horrible experience.Bad mover.
