My experience with this shipper was very good. He brought 4 puppies for me from Iowa to IL. He was punctual and very friendly. The puppies were in great shape and I would definitely use his services again.

Delivery was on time. Only complaint was that the straps that BNtransport used to hold down the rowing shell to the top of the van were very strong and cut thru the bubble wrap around the rowing shell. Ended up with 3 minor cuts thru the gel coat and down the fiberglass. Could have been avoided by using cardboard or other padding on the straps. No other problems. Would use them again with instructions on how to pad the straps.

Had a blown tire with some damage to trailer but we worked it out without problem. Very dependable and punctual. Deliver as promised. I would use him again

D o not be put off by the halting English. The provider is Bulgarian and a very nice, helpful and reliable man. You can count on him to do what he says he is going to do and to be there on time. We had a good experience with him on both ends. Recommend him highly.

BNtransport worked very hard to find and accomidate me. They are extremely Professional and call and email when they say they are going to. Unforutnatly we could not do business because the item to be shipped was to large. I would recomend them highly for the honesty! Thank you very much for your efforts
