He said he has no time to explain anything else to me. He is a foreigner and my first question was if he could get on a military base, which is where my vehicle is, that was when he informed me he was a broker. I thought I had booked a trucking company, not a broker. I explained about the 3rd. party authorization, how I needed to fill in the name authorized to pickup my vehicle, he wanted me to send him a blank one so he would Response from BKKTRANSPORT: You booked this order yesterday, late in the afternoon, so we are still well within window.You were ceep calling us for an exact pick up schedule the minute the bid was accepted, we informed you couple times, once the driver was assigned we would contact you right away and we will give phone number and name of the driver. He could not get a transporter out to pick up the car so I called someone else and they were able to get it shipped. I even offered to pay more money to the broker.

They set a date and time for pick up and after 4 days of delays and waiting they still have not picked up our car. The 1st day there was no communication with us that they would not be there. Then the next day they said they had no internet service. Then they rescheduled for the next day and still didn't make it due to mechanical problems. They continued to make excuses and left us waiting
