very helpful. Just need to give delivery options to customers.i mean if one small city is not a frequent route, give alternate cities where to ship the vehicle. It works for me.

Took alot longer to pick up than they made it seem like it would and communication was slightly lacking .......it said would be piked up within 5 days and ended up being closer to 2 weeks .......sent several emails that went unanswered and called alot and got no answer or returned calls .....then after finaly requesting a cancelation i got an email a phone call and load got picked up the same day .....the driver himself was great...good comunication on his part and very prompt and courteous..

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time This shipment was booked six weeks ago. Service provider has not contacted me once. There never was an agreed upon date nor will there ever be one. I have called four or five times. Each time the provider gives little info other than no trucks are going this way or no one wants to pick up the load or it's a holiday. After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider The service provider promised on the bid that my car would be picked up within 5 days of booking. This never happened and now he's saying it will be sometime next week...maybe. His argument is that there's no trucks in the area and that's the price I pay for getting it so cheap. I will not ship my car with him.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider BKK Transport has not made arrangements to pick up my car and it sounds like they are brokering out the job not performing it. They stated that they can pick up the car within 5 days of booking and deliver it within another 5 days. This influenced me in deciding to select them for the job. I am very disappointed with this transaction as I think they are not trustworthy and will not handle this job with care.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment car was supposed to be shipped close to 2 weeks ago, when I called them on the phone to see if the car was going to be picked up on time all I got was too many and I still haven't been contacted to ship car, w ant to cancle and book with someone that is dependable
