The shipper did a BOOK IT NOW PRICE, for that, you should have the item to be transported PAID FOR, AND READY TO GO ! Not make the transporter hurry up and wait ! For anyone reading this, PLEASE HAVE BOOK IT NOW ITEMS READY FOR TRANSPORT , or AT LEAST MAKE IT CLEAR ON YOUR AD. DO NOT BOOK IT NOW with auction items not won yet EITHER ! THIS IS OUR JOBS !! I called and emailed this shipper at least 5 times each. He never returned any of my messages. This is what I mean, when I say please be prompt, do not ask me to give you a bid, then hem haw about it, after we have already discussed the price. I am on a schedule with my customers, this is my job !!!!!

Rob is a class act. Not only did he come through with a decent bid last minute after I had been taken advantage of by another uship provider (be careful!), but he drove 2100 miles in a safe, timely manner. My RV arrived in perfect condition and he was even patient while I had him position it on the site. I will def. use again and recommend to anyone. Thanks Rob.

Rob was absolutely exceptional! Not only did he take it upon himself to fix a fender and get new tires for the trailer (with out permission, of course), but he had to take a loss on the shipment because the people we bought the boat from did not have the accurate weight info for us when I contracted with Rob. His professionalism, honesty, sincerity, and integrity are outstanding, and I would absolutely recommend him and use his services in the future.

Rob, Thanks for transporting my motorcycle so carefully. We were off by a day for delivery, but I'm glad you were able to get the part you needed and get back on the road so quickly.
