BBBTransporter is a company I would NEVER use again. They damaged my vintage Corvette during transport and could care less about that. In the contract I signed, they stated that they carry insurance on all vehicles they transport, but I don't believe they do. The owner, Kazimer Mamon 111 (his real name) has been extremely unprofessional and hostile. His only concern was getting paid, and doesn't care about the vehicles he transports, or his reputation in the trucking industry. See you in court!

The car was dropped at third party location. This customer was Canadian,so he wasn't present when car was dropped. It was inspected and signed for by Carquest. NO DAMAGED REPORTED by excepting client. We have photo's to prove. The crach he now claims, (Which was three days later, is no where near anywhere, we could have done damage due to how car was attached to carrier. Customer writes nasty report, when he wasn't there to see how their car was treated once off carrier.

Will definitely never use this provider again. communication horrible, supposed to show on a Wednesday, did not show or call. I called him and pickup rescheduled for Friday which became following Monday which became days later. Even worse, he told my customer on receiving end that I had made no deposit through uship and hit my customer up for another $150 greatly embarrassing our company. Called Kaz and he admitted error and promised to refund the $150, month later no money.

Denise had a ton of things on her mind when calling us. We excepted her boat and took it back to our yard till she arrived back in Michigan. Then scheduled for delivery to her place up north. Hope she's happy for all items we transported extra with her boat, free of charge.

First time using uShip and BBB, would use both again. I screwed up by asking for a quote on a single axle trailer, ended up being a double and the boat wasn't where the manufacturer said it would be. Kaz was understanding and we worked through the differences.

Car was delivered, Customer had car delivered to third party where car was delivered signed for car, as no damage done and complete delivery. Customer claimed we did damage, yet he hadn't even seen car to date. What did his third party do with car once it was off our carrier is beyond me. Customer WOULDN"T RELEASE PAYMENT CODE, AND REFUSED TO PAY FOR SHIPMENT. SAD, STAY AWAY FROM HIM,HE TELLS LIES TOO....WE ARE 100% RATED...and won't let fools like him ruin our record.

The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it We made two trips down, first time, The brakes were froze and right wheel cause fire...we returned trailer to owner. The marker lights didn't work, my driver spent two hours working on wirering. Finally he left as too many issues. The second time we got there, still wirering issues..kept blowing our fuse lines, yet we move trailers daily with this truck...Can't make money having to try and fix his isues. We should we be charged for his errors....We just want out of this nightmare....please

We went to get boat TWICE, first time BRAKES CAUGHT FIRE less than 7 miles from where we picked up. Second time, Electrical wirering kept blowing our fuses, short in them...I can't transport boats that aren't road ready...SHOULD NOT COUNT AGAINST US..OWNERS FAULT..

Transporter will not ship with shrinkwrap on entire boat without an additional $300, will not transport with fuel, it has been over 24 hours and has not sent us the contract to review. Fuel and shrinkwrap upcharge were not discussed until after we sent deposit to UShip.

The truth is customer failed to list boat was going to be shrink wrapped, and that it had over 150+ gallons of fuel in it, changing weight,also making it HASMAT requirment to transport. He also sent a e-mail stating there would be an 11 ft skipper boat and motor to go with..yet NO MENTION OF ANY OF THESE IN HIS AD...BEWARE, of those wanting it all for FREE..../-*
