A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved.
This shipper was given a window of of 10 days in order to ship vehicle. Vehicle was to ship a short distance of 4 1/2 to 5 hours from original destination with shipper cancelling at last possible moment on April 3rd. The dealership and myself were not able to reach shipper over the last scheduled days of shipment. Last correspondence was that the shipper was to transport on Friday April 4th to upstate New York. The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment.
The shipper was unable to ship my car due to scheduling on his part.he did offer grat solutions though,Marc was extremly helpful and had excellent communications.I hope to do business with later.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time.
he agreed to pick up my truck on 4/8/08, never called or answered my numerous phone calls untill 4/10/08 had to cancell.
