Very poor communication. Did not answer my email or phone message. I wasn't notified when car was picked up. First I heard from driver he was 1/2 hr out & I had to rush to drop off site. They put a crashed vehicl above mine which leaked engine fluids on my car! I do not reccomend this haler!

It is not our fault if vehicle leaked, customer should of notified us of leaking vehicle and did not. Did attempt to call you and you said yourself you were on the airplane. I have emails between us. Driver is constantly focsed on driving can't always call and update. Sorry we didn't satisfy your appetite with something spectacular.

It was quick service and drivers are so friendly. Thay took 2 days to deliver my car FL to CA. I really satisfied about quick service. but I couldn't get any trackking information at USHIP website at all. Driver called me to my home phone 3 or 4 times where he was driveing. So that infomation really made me calm down. I was discouraged to find that USHIP information are considerably slow(lower technology) than On time (high technology). Thank you for interesting experience of my life any way.
