Horrible communication from provider. He told me twice that he thought the load had been picked up. Wouldn't answer my calls. One month after he agreed to ship, I left a voicemail that I had to leave the country and couldn't accept the car. Of course, that is when it was delivered. No phone call, no E-mail. The driver called and left messages that I couldn't get and ended up leaving the car at a local towing co. Thankfully they didn't charge me storage fees. If you get Mike at xt 516-RUN Response from AutoTransport123: The reason that there was no storage charged, was because I personally paid for it because of the mix up. He had to leave it at the storage yard because he didn't feel comfortable leaving it at your home. I'm sorry for the delay but I rectified by paying all storage fees for the vehicle while you were away

I got the car with motor oil all over the hood, roof, windows, and trunk. It rode underneath a 65 Imapala on the way and my car got caked in motor oil. I complained to the driver, he was rude and acted as if my car was worthless. I then called dispatch after the weekend and told them my issue asking them if they would pay for a buff and wax. he said he would call me back in a few hours. never heard from him! Response from AutoTransport123: This had nothing to do with my service, I had the vehicle picked up within a day and delivered within 2. I feel bad for the situation that arose, I was told by the transporter that something would be arranged to rectify the situation. I left a voice mail for the customer informing him of this and it was never returned. I am still willing to help him to the best of my ability. But once again as stated, the driver was rude and did this not Auto Transport 123......Joe. Thanks for the feedback

I initially had problems with communication, I knew that the car had been collected, but for more than 2 days I had no idea where he was, all calls were unsuccessful, for Monday I knew where my car was and when it would be delivered,
