The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment It has been three weeks since I booked and transporter has not been able to provide the service or a schedule when it will happen.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Not only did the shipping service have a poor attitude after me complaining that my car has not been picked up, but it has been over 12 days and my car still has not been picked up. It costs me over $150.00 in storage. Do Not Use this shipping service. Rude and unprofessional.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time My car has never been picked up, It was booked on the 7th and today is the 21st. This Broker told me he still had not gotten a truck to pick it up, A broker should have no right to bid or take a bid with a dead line when he has no truck lined up to do the job. He has cost me over $250.00 in storage not counting the storage I will now have to pay until I can get another truck under it. This Company should be band form uship. Thanks Dwayne

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment After over 3 weeks of excuses and poor communication by the "provider" we agreed to cancel the shipment. At this point I contacted another broker who charged me the same and I had my car in 5 days. I am no longer in need of an auto transporter and am requesting a full refund. I gave your provider over 3 weeks to complete a task that was supposed to be done in 7 days.

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period I have contacted this provider on six occasions now, I have spoken with both Ivan and George and just keep getting numerous excuses (we don't have a truck in the area, we have called seller and have not heard back - which is untrue as I called the seller and he vehemently denies ever receiving a voicemail, Ivan stated vehicle would be picked up by Monday 2/13 which it was not, then George stated on 2/14 he would call me within 2-3 hours to let me know if it could be picked up and I never receive

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment It has been 14 days since we booked with auto trans broker, they havent found a truck to pick up the car, in the information that they send to me, they said that the would pick the car up within 8 day after we booked with them and deliver it in 5 days after it was picked up, but they keep saying that they have problems finding a truck to get the car, the havent have the attention of keeping me updated on what is happing with their search of a truck and the reasons why the havent found one, i th
