I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment Truck is full, I had one spot left when I booked this load( three miles away). Then my client called with the other vehicle to go with the other six vehicles I had already booked with her. Just about. 5 minites after I hit the book now button from uship. Unfotunatly some things happen in this business that you can't control. She is one my top customers so I have to lean her way. Roger t smith

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time It has been 3 weeks and the vehicle is still not picked up. I was never once contacted by the company to be notified that there was an issue getting somebody to pick up the vehicle. I contacted the company 3 times myself to get a status update and have finally decided to cancel.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Autoportation said they would be able to pickup the van in 7 days and after 9 days and $120 in storage fees I had to go and get the van myself.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Even with frequent communication with Evan, AutoPortation was unable to get a truck to come pick up my car. We weren't told till the very last minute even thought I called consistently to follow up on the progress. In the end they said it was best to cancel as they were unable to move the vehicle. Left me with no other option since cancellation didn't happen till 24 hours from pick up. I ended up having to move the car myself. Not only did they not pick up the vehicle I ended up paying the Uship

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Is there a way i can actually have my funds back? After almost a month the carrier could not ship my vehicle. Complete waste of time. Response from AutoPortation: Olawale, as you are aware by now you have received your funds back. We do apologize for our inability to get your vehicle shipped. As we stated your route was a rather obscure route and none of our carriers were interested in picking up the vehicle for the standard rate required for that route. We do wish you the best in future endeavors and hope that you get your vehicle shipped but as promised we gave you a full refund :)

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved The service provider change the price, ans after i agreed to the price they did not provide the service, its been almost a month since the booking, and the service provider did not provide the service.
They not only made me loose money, but they did not solve any of the issues that came along. Response from AutoPortation: Rony does have a point. We were unable to get his vehicle delivered in a timely manner. I respect his viewpoint, however I must counter by stating that we found a carrier who could pickup his vehicle for more money which he declined. I advised him that is ok and we will search for another carrier. I then received a call from him a few days later saying that he is willing to go with the carrier at the higher price but at that point the carrier had already left the area and picked up another truck
