Licensed transport hauler in Iowa for 7 years, with letter of recommendation from dealership currently working for. Have hauled over 3,000 NEW campers to dealerships in Iowa and have delivered customer loads for them to California to Georgia. First priority in my company is safety with loads and the general public. I follow Federal D.O.T rules and regulations that call for the CORRECT INSURANCE, which I carry $1,000,000 in liability and $100,000 in cargo. All my trucks have D.O.T & MC numbers on them and a Transporter License Plate which is required for my business to do this type of work. I have 5 trucks and five to ten drivers with a 50' wedge trailer for pop-up campers & utility trailers or cars also a 53' drop deck trailer. Very good communication from start to finish.Driver kept in contact with me thoughout the the transport. Handled my boat very well and kept close eye on any potential problems with the trailer. Very friendly and very professional service. I would recomend these guys for anything you need hauled.

No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment The service provider informed me that, due to a car accident involving one of his fleet trucks, he is no longer able to ship my boat. This accident did not involve my boat, as it had not been picked up for shipping yet. The shipper accepted full responsibility for the cancellation. I expect a refund for the entire deposit amount.

No Detailed Feedback Available There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved There wasn't a proper reason listed above so I just chose one. I used the wrong credit card on my UShip payment. After consulting with UShip customer service this morning they said the only way to get a credit to the wrong card and reissued to the correct card was to cancel the shipment. I spoke with Eldon from Arendorf's Transport and explained the situation. I will repost the bid and accept his offer with my new card. Sorry for the confusion and inconvenience. No Detailed Feedback Available The shipment listing was misrepresented and the service provider cancelled I did Not misrep this trailer. I had a picture of the trailer attached. He sent a little 3/4 ton truck. Anyone in this business can see a 3/4 ton truck could not move this. Very disturbing that a 1 ton was not sent to get this. I thought everyone do this has a one ton truck.

The weight stated was 7,000 lbs. and a 3/4 ton with overloads was correct size as I haul 11,000 lb. campers with this truck. The truck with this trailer lowered my truck 6" which put the pin weight at over 5,000 lbs. This trailer by information from a race car person stated it should be pulled with a 4500 or 5500 truck. He also stated that that trailer was over 7,000 lbs. as he has been around the racing circuit.

No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment The shipper notified me today that his driver, upon inspection of the vehicle, cannot accommodate my shipment due to its actual weight (with fuel)and its height which is claimed to be off by a few inches. The shipper notified me he has another car to pick up and combined, he cannot take the generator trailer due to its weight and height. I was told that it weighs 6000lbs, yet the data plate says 4162lbs. The trailer was never picked up.
Response from ArensdorfTransport:
The driver viewed the two V.I.N. plates(one on trailer/one on generator)that added up to over 6500 lbs. Also measured from the ground to the top of the generator which was 103 inches (over 8'-6"). Because it was totally misrepresented for weight and height I could not move it.
