A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved.
Both parties agreed to cancellation. Since the shipment was in a storage unit in MI and we are in FL, we needed a day or two to schedule a person in MI to unlock the storage unit door as each unit is required to have their own personal lock on the door. The delivery company needed to pick up the next day after we accepted the bid. We did not know this as well as the delivery company did not know about the key. Overall these guys were great in making room in their schedule to get the bike to me. Great people, good to talk to.
However I was dissapointed to learn that the bike had been dropped in the truck at some point when it was moved from front to back, and the throttle and rear frender were cracked/broken :(
Other than that, I realized that I overpaid since uship.com already takes a percentage - not a big deal - overall it was a good experience and glad the bike made it out in one piece.

Response from AnsonFarmTransport: well i am dissapointed also...the shipper never made any contact after delivery to inform us of the damage.we did not drop the bike and have no idea how the damage acured but i am convinced it did happen in our care...we have tried to pay for the repairs and the shipper refused...we will continue to try,even tho no insurance was purchased...our deepest appologys and sincere thanks to the shipper a great guy and truly honest american...this shippment will haunt me forever...happy trails, chuck sr
