This was the first time we used USHIP.The shipment got here in very good condition.The driver had to drive through several states that were in flood conditions and still made it here in good time.The driver was very courteous and did a very good job handling our shipment. Would use them again if we were going to ship or have something delivered.Thanks for such a good experience.

My car got here safe and sound. Late due to the truck breaking down. Communication is very poor.

Provider sent a trailer unsuitable for transport and in disrepair. They kept my deposit of $910.49 and refused to return the deposit even though their trailer was unsuitable and unable to complete the shipment in a safe and timely manner. The snow cat was 8.5 foot wide and 6,000 lbs and the trailer was not wide enough, in disrepair and unsafe for this type of load. They are not honest about their trans capabilities and will keep the deposit even if they do not complete the job.

Response from AnsonFarmTransport: shipper pre approved our equipment, tryed to hide facts about the shipment to garner a better rate,did not list item correctly,made us buy $220.00 in insurance coverage,it was over 250 miles over there to the pickup,then 250 back home after his so called restorer wasn't sure about our trailer {a guy that knows nothing about shipping},shipper than indicated that we were the second u-shippers that he had trouble with,course we were also only the second ones he had used period. you get the picture

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment.
Transporter does not have insurance and i fill uncomfortable with my car going on a vehicle that doesn't only carry cars and does not provide there own insurance.No problem with the carrier just not right for me. Sorry

Response from AnsonFarmTransport: we have insurance...shipper needed to do his homework. most cars are already insured and most customers are shopping for price and don't want to pay twice for the same coverage. we were offering full coverage at an additional charge.but we are fed up with the hassels of going thru the process and will go back to carrying full value of 100,000.00 and will pass the cost on to our customers...shippers please do your homework,if your car is already covered my insurance will be secondary. chuck sr.

Response from AnsonFarmTransport: this guys communication was terrible, their coordination worse. they didnt have the load ready for weeks after they accepted our bid, we had to haul it on another shipment later on. they accepted our bid, then ignored our bid details and tried forcing their own, they forced us to lose revenue, and i gave them a better review than they gave us =:< happens more frequently than you want when you have to rely on others, makes is harder for the next honest guy. charlie jr.

Chuck and Charlie were a real pleasure to work with. They were friendly and easygoing yet professional. They worked with me, gave me advance warning for both pickup and delivery, and were very flexible. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them to my friends. Your stuff is in good hands with the Ansons.

Chuck Sr and Charles were true professionals, and brought our "new" sailboat home with the utmost care. After being left at the altar by my 1st U-Ship "match" and having a bad taste in my mouth for this U-Ship thing...the Ansons took over and made sure we were taken care of. They "saved the day" for U-Ship and deserve at the very least a sincere "THANKS" and best wishes for the future. May Charles get his own retirement sailboat, and we'll coast by each other in the Gulf someday.

These guys were great to work with. Kept in good contact with me (i didn't make it easy). Bottom line is I will be using them A LOT going forward as I ship my toys back n forth. The process to find quality people to deal with was very tough. My nerves were relieved instantly when they arrived for pick up. Even better they got my gear delivered ahead of time and on a holiday none the less. Big thumbs up for these guys.
