Before he hauled my boat & trailer, from Cape May, NJ, to Ft. Myers, FL, he repaired a flat tire and replaced rusted lights on the trailer. My son & I were going to fly up to do the repair job but Robert suggested we save the money and let him do the job. You can imagine the time & hassle he saved us and he charged us for his cost of the parts and his time. He saved us hundreds of $$. Communication was constant. My first experience with internet shipping and I give an A+. Shipped a 37" used plasma TV from FL to NY with zero problem. It went exactly as promised with the owner personally hand packing and delivering to my kids. Also, UPS wanted $360 and I ended up getting it done faster and better for less than a third the price! Unfortunately due to weather & other delays, he did not arrive on time to get my new car through Customs, which closed at 10 pm. So I couldn't bring the car over the border that night. Robert was super about it and paid for my hotel room. He was professional and I believe him when he said it was the first deadline he'd missed in 23 years. He should have picked up the car at the Dealer the day prior, to leave himself plenty of time. Response from AnnesLimo: Thanks for taking time to comment. It's unfortunate we missed the cutoff time but even with the DOT inspection, Traffic in NJ/NY if I hadn't hit that mini blizzard in the mountains we'd have been OK.
