There was no scheduling conflict here. The shipper accepted the bid before the his purchase was completed. Upon failure of the purchase the shipper wanted me to haul a different boat from a different location and did not have a trailer for the vessel. We were prepared to complete the original shipment transaction as listed and disagree with the cancellation determination.

Rob was amazing to deal with. Don't look anywhere else. He will stick to his word even if it means a loss to him and answers phone calls no matter when you call.He picked up my shipment at no personal gain to honor his word. First Class service! I will never look for another shipper again! Not enough can be said about the professional, personal experience that Rob provides.

not a worry here,not only can you trust Robert with your shippment,but he also took a larg amount of my cash with him to pay for my item.traveled all night to get my mower to me as promised and even helped unload in the freezen cold at 3 AM.thanks agian Robert.I wouldnt call anybody else but him next time.

Robert did an excellent job shipping my TV set. It is very difficult to find someone that will give the personal care and attention necessary to ship something as fragile as a HD flat-panel TV cross country, and I'm glad to say Robert was able to take it all the way from east coast to west coast in 5 days with no problems. My TV worked perfectly upon delivery and the box was in exact same condition as when I shipped it. I would highly recommend Robert's services for any type of shipment.

We bought a puppy in the beginning of Febuary and needed to get him from Iowa to Pa. After three failed attemps with flying him because of weather we started to look for other options and stumbled upon uship and Robert. It turned out better than if he did get flown. Robert treated Moose-AKA Jake now like his own we were informed the whole way and even got pictures. I will refer anyone and everyone to robert he was the best price and beyond that great with moose.
