Working with Robert to get my Cat 250 moved 360 miles was so easy I can barely believe it. He took care of every detail and kept me in the loop during the process. I will definitely be calling him in the spring when I need to reposition my boat to the lake.

Simply great folks to work for. Upon arrival my truck developed a mechanical issue which resulted in a significant delay to get the shipment rolling. The customer was extensively accomodative and understanding with me getting back on track 24+ hours later. Now days it is rare to find people who can accept reality and work to resolve unavoidable circumstances that may affect timing.

The shipment was listed as 8000 lbs but is actually mounted on a 15K GVWR trailer which we could not haul legally with the truck available due to DOT rated pintle of 10K. Unfortunately our bigger truck was not available to complete the shipment in a timely manner so we cancelled the match to better allow the shipper a chance to match the load accordingly.

I no longer need my item(s) shipped The deal for the sale of my S-10 fell through. The 2nd and third attempt to reschedule this sale also fell through. I'm getting burried in snow, and this deal won't happen.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved I would give this man my money any time

There was no scheduling conflict here. The shipper accepted the bid before the his purchase was completed. Upon failure of the purchase the shipper wanted me to haul a different boat from a different location and did not have a trailer for the vessel. We were prepared to complete the original shipment transaction as listed and disagree with the cancellation determination.
