Der Auftrag wurde perfekt ausgeführt, die Abstimmung bei Abholung (trotz Feiertag!)und Anlieferung war sehr gut, das empfindliche "Speditionsgut" wurde einwandfrei angeliefert, sehr freundlicher "Spediteur". Vielen Dank und vielleicht bis auf ein weiteres Mal!

No Detailed Feedback Available There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved Der Transport des Marmorkamins erweist sich nach Darstellung des Spediteurs als kostenaufwändiger als von ihm bei Auftragsannahme vermutet. Für mich als Auftraggeberin ist der Preisaufschlag von knapp 60% (350 EUR + 200 EUR) IM NACHHINEIN jedoch nicht akzeptabel, weshalb ich den Auftrag noch einmal neu einstellen werde. Die Kommunikation lief und läuft bisher reibungslos und fair. Wünschenswert wäre eine genaue Klärung vor Angebotsannahme gewesen.

No Detailed Feedback Available A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Ich habe das Gebot angenommen, da der Spediteur mir schriftlich zugesagt hatte, daß die Ware am 16.11. in der Schweiz angeliefert würde. Die Zusage wurde zurückgezogen, nachdem ich gebucht hatte. Seitdem hat sich der Abholungstermin mehrfach verschoben. Außerdem ist der Spediteur nicht mehr bereit, mir einen konkreten Liefertermin zu nennen. Sein Hinweis war: "Der Schweizer ist generell geduldig."

No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services Der Spediteur gibt an, innerhalb 5 Tagen abzuholen u. nach 1 Tag zu liefern, und zwar ohne Einschränkung ! Ich warte nun seit 02.07.12 auf mein Sofa u. muß mir dann anhören, daß man ja für diesen Preis keine Ansprüche stellen darf, daß ich am besten selber fahren soll u. daß es ja wohl klar ist, daß Kunden, die mehr bezahlen vorrangig behandelt werden. Der Schriftverkehr ist jederzeit nachweisbar !Das muß ich mir nicht gefallen lassen, ich habe nur sein Angebot angenommen !!!
