John was courteous, prompt, excellent communication, etc. As if this were not enough, his price for bringing my car from MO to PA via an enclosed trailer was less than any of the open trailer bidders. He secured and took care of the car as if it were his own. He kept me up to date on any delays (which were beyond his control). Whether you are shipping a moped or a Ferrari, you can not go wrong!

Only area for improvement would be better and more timely communication of delays, revised schedules, etc. Would certainly recommend and would use again.
