While they were late due to mechanical issues (it happens!), they were professional, personable and had nice safe, new equipment. Unlike the last idiot I used (see me feedback sent to know who that was), these people were professional enough to listen to me so they knew that my cars are not like others and communication was great. They still picked up the car late in the eve without hesitation. Professional and courteous, I would not hesitate to use them again.

While Roy did deliver the cars, they were late due to some mechanical issues which was fine & out of his control. My only disappointment was his lack of communication & the attitude. He unloaded the cars and made NO effort to allow me to inspect before he insisted on leaving. Even though they are in rough shape it should still be a part of customer service which he lacks. Being a professional takes more than just delivering the goods, it includes servicing the customer which is rare these days.
