The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment I accepted their bid, nothing suggested the item needed to be crated. I then proceeded to try and accomodate the newly understood requirements for transport. Had I been able to figure out a work-around, I would have...but crating is simply not possible. I have tried, and I'm sorry but this simply cannot be done. Had they explicitly stated this in the original bid, I would not have accepted the bid.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider The shipper is asking me to sign a agreement that gives them permission to charge my credit card at any time. There is no mention of this transaction of shippment in the agreement. So I can not sign it

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved After we paid the shipper. They came back and said they quoted it wrong and it was going to cost us more to ship it all the way to the address that we provided for the quote. So we cancelled the shipment and had to drive it down ourselves. Worst customer service ever.

I no longer need my item(s) shipped The freight is did not meet the carriers standards and will be too expensive to crate to what may be acceptable.
No problem with the transaction or MI Logistics, just a freight compatibility issue.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider Provider requires signing contract documents that give them the right to charge additional fees to my credit card without my permission.and give up my rights to dispute.

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved TSP took almost a full day to respond to acceptance of bid.
TSP added 7 pages of new terms and conditions after booking that was not listed in the bid.
TSP loses emails??
TSP wanted to add additional packing requirments.
TSP did indicate they had dealt with the people at the pickup point and was familar with their proceedurs and the way they do things, after 3 days claims they can't do it.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment The item to be shipped is not on a pallate and the service provider can only ship it if it is on a pallate. They asked me if it could be put on a pallate and I said yes. I thought that they could do that but after they booked it they said that they could only ship it if I put it on a pallate. I never said that I would put it on one and the seller of the item is not willing to pallatize it. It was just a miscommunication. The shipper responded to emails very fast.
