We were very excited to complete a deal for a dream boat for our family and Chuck understood and wasn't (at least didn't seem to be) annoyed at all my calls and texts. He let us know where he was as many time a day as we wanted to know. He was knowledgeable and prepared for any emergence that arose. And they did arise. We had blow out within the first few hundred miles, a shredded spindle in the last 500 mile or so. Would def use him again!
