A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved I WAS TOLD THE DRIVER WOULD CALL 2 DAYS IN ADVANCE TO SET UP APPOINTMENT. THE DRIVER CALLED LESS THAN 24 HOURS PRIOR, I WAS OUT OF TOWN AS THEY WERE INFORMED AND MY DAUGHTER WAS IN THE HOSPITAL AND WAS UNABLE TO BE THERE,OR FIND SOMEONE TO MEET THE DRIVER.

...actually this guy is a truck driver himself didn't answer the phone starting 48 hours before we were to pickup. We documented 5 attempted calls starting 48 hours. I don't know why he is pushing blame...???

No fault of the customer, really. Its just larger than indicated in listing. All parties involved tried diligently to make it work, but we can't find a reasonable way to load the boat and trailer onto our truck. The trailer tongue to back wheel length needed to be 2' shorter than it is to load as planned.

This was not indicated in the listing. We cannot ship these goods for the price contracted, as the shipment description is not congruent. Sorry.

DRIVER HAS SERIOUS PROBLEMS, SHOULD BE REMOVED FROM USHIP AND ARRESTED FOR ILLEGAL TRANSPORTATION AND ENDANGERING THE LIVES OF OTHERS. DRIVER DOES NOT HAVE CDL. AFTER AVOIDANCE AND STALLS, CAR WAS PICKED UP...CAR WAS HAULED AS FAR AS CHEYENNE (5 DAYS LATE), WHERE THE DRIVER FLIPPED HIS TRUCK AT A LOCATION, HE SAID HE WAS ALREADY FAR PAST. CAR IS PROBABLY TOTALLED. ITS A GOOD THING WE ARE FULLY INSURED. THIS GUY DOES NOT RUN A BUSINESS...HE HOPS FROM PLACE TO PLACE FOR $$.
