Exercise machine arrived Damaged, and Badly Scratched. It was laying face down on the dirty Semi floor. They didn't even bother to wrap a blanket around the machine when they threw it on the dirty floor. Machine weighs 565 lb, and was laying down on the movable arm, so the arm is mechanically damaged. I contacted American Moving, and they want me to first leave a "POSITIVE" feedback, and then they will mail me a check for $200. Why should I leave a Positive feedback for a bad shipping job.

TOTALLY FALSE. Muhammad did not want to pay the shipping price in the first place. Machine was DELIVERED EXACTLY THE SAME CONDITION as when it was picked up. ALL GOODS ARE CAREFULLY WRAPPED AND STRAPPED INTO THE TRUCK. Our trucks are clean and well maintained. We agreed to refund of $200 to appease him, despite our PAPERWORK CLEARLY SHOWS NO DAMAGE. I invite anybody to discuss this issue with me, Gabriel Kierson owner of American Moving and Storage in Broomfield, Colorado.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved.
Unfortunately a scheduling conflict prevented the completion of this transaction. The company was very responsive and friendly and I would consider using them at some point in the future.

Polite and courtious, great people to deal with as far as pricing and communication. However, this company is very new with motorcycle transportation, and there was much damage to my shipment because they had no experience securing and transportation of motorcycles. They were good at paying me for the damage that was obvious (broken windsheild) but there was a lot of other damage that I was not able to claim as I could not prove related to their tieing of bike against the wall of the 53' trailer

Thank you for the feedback. However we are certianly not new to shipping motorcycles. The windshield damage to this bike was not due to the rigors of transport, but to human accident while off loading another shipment. We have taken full liability and cut a check the same day. A pre and post inventory was completed and the bike was delivered in the same condition other then the damage noted. We have taken suggestions from this customer and have implimented new procedures for bike transport.
