In a nutshell I dealt with unreturned phone calls, a very delayed shipment and an extra $451 charged to my credit card. My shipment was stuck at a warehouse because they "didn't have the proper packing materials". If I hadn't called this mysterious middle person and demanded action it would still be sitting there. As for the extra charge, nobody told me that the weight I typed into Uship's profile needed to be exact to the pound. I estimated. I feel someone should have told me to be exact.

Response from AmericanFreight: the booking information that was signed by you clearly stated that accuracy of information was essential ... we then asked you to review the booking information thoroughly. If you had done this and you read that weight and dimensions were needing to be accurate, that should have prompted you to attain that information. Because you did not do this and the information you provided was incorrect you as a result were billed the additional fees but at teh carriers rate and not with our discount.

this shipment was supposed to take 2 days it took almost 2 weeks on top of all this when i called to get it tracked the supervisor said she didnt now where it was if the person in charge doesnt now were my item is its amazing it actually got there 12days late

The communication and service from the representative were very good, but our shipment suffered much damage, despite the driver who picked up the shipment commenting that it had been packed very well.
