Outstanding assistance from Rebecca with American Freight and Roadway express. No problems, fast shipping and 500 pound package was in great condition. Roadway loaded the Item onto the shipping dock when it was shipped and placed it in my truck on pickup. Looks like you need to control your shippers a bit better.
