The experience with this company was EXCELLENT! The communication was continuous and extremely helpful. Since this was my first experience with uship I had alot of questions~ all were answered and I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND them to anyone. Would definitely use again, thanks so much!

I specifically requested a refund and they deducted without my approval $71 from my refund - they stole money from me.
I'll never use them and I do not believe they are honorable. It certainly didn't cost them $71 to do absolutely nothing - the shipment they were to pick up was sold out from under me so not only did I get screwed by the people I bought the shipment from, but I got screwed and stolen from by American Freight.

If we really stole $71 dollars from you then how come you have not reported this. We did our part, if there was a miscommunication between you and the shipper then it should have been handle b-4 u decided to ship.
