After 2 week finally got the right paper work done but never received any call when the united will be pick up and drop down off. The worst of all when the unit arrived it was broken in pieces. Now I have to deal with the damgage claim dept with another another company call Roadway. I guess American Freight Co sub-contract the shipment to another company. 11/2/2006	Service Provider	Neutral	DVCORNETT (2)	canadian shippment that went into customs and the agent couldnt help because of lack of experience View Listing Response from AmericanFreight: The agent couldn't help NOT because of lack of experience but because we have no authority over the government policy for shipping into Canada or any country outside the US. If you did not attain a customs broker then this will cause the item to be held by customs until inspected ... this is the responsibility of you and not the carrier.
