My furniture was badly damaged when it arrived. This occurred in spite of it being well packed in careful accordance with the carrier's instructions. It was obviously severely mishandled and will cost thousands to repair. Never again.

The Dresser was deliverd as promised in about a week in 10 days. The Dresser was damaged, althought I wrapped it with bubble wrap, and they wrapped it in their own protective cover. I dare not alert them of the damage because this whole transport consisted of too many excuses for the things that went wron, and the things that could go wrong. I will not ever use their services again, nor would I suggest anyone use them as well. I am surprised, but not shocked that this ended the way it did.

I think Uship providers should understand that most shipments on Ebay are not Commercial with loading docks or business to business .I got a bid for $145 and they jacked it up to $219.00. I have a copy of the bid form . Pickup business with loading dock.delivery,residence,no dock.Plus a little more comuication would have helped.The trucking Co did a great job.

You act as if we did not clearly state exactly what the offer did or did not include ... We certainly do not appreciate your negative feedback and feel you should be responsible of your own negligence in not taking the time to review the terms to the offer ... maybe then you would not have been so disappointed

This company is not the company to use if you wish to have any communication. I am very patient and didn't mind waiting a month to receive the shipment, but... I could not get an answer from the company as to "where is the shipment" and 'when will it arrive" until the day of arrival. And then, because of miscommunication, the driver told me he couldn't deliver to my home without extra payment. (I had already paid EXTRA for packaging and home delivery. That was not included in the Bid. BEWARE
